We are on an out-of-province family vacation, stopped in Vernon for a couple of nights when our car started making some very unsettling noises. We found Altech Auto & the amazing reviews on Google, who just happened to be less than 1km away from our hotel. Phil answered his phone on holiday Monday & told us he would move some appointments around to get us in early Tuesday morning. We feared the worst but, after a test drive & quick diagnosis & repair,, we were set to continue on our road trip. Phil is a great guy, amazing customer service, knows his stuff! And he’s clearly a great member of his community. Thanks isn’t enough!! Phil is the hero of our holidays!
Phil is an amazing man, that’s the only way you can put it. He saved our family vacation by fixing our vehicle very quickly and at an AMAZING price. This man should get 10 stars! HIGHLY recommend this shop!
Phil is experienced and as proffessional as they come. He got me in and out quickly and did a complete inspection of my truck while taking care of the issue. He gave me an honest overview about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. If I need more work done that I cant do myself, I'm taking it back to Altech.
