Phil went out of his way to drive to our vehicle that stalled outside Tim Hortons in Vernon - a 96 F150 - a collector - so he diagnosed - ordered rare parts - a new gas tank - a new Fuel pump and went above & beyond to do a prompt excellent repair and made great suggestions for future needed work. Phil is an absolute legend!!! I had just purchased a second hand vehicle and he was able to fit me in the day I brought it back to Vernon as well as fix my back number plate!! One of the best experiences I've had with a mechanic!! Thank you Phil!!
We are on an out-of-province family vacation, stopped in Vernon for a couple of nights when our car started making some very unsettling noises. We found Altech Auto & the amazing reviews on Google, who just happened to be less than 1km away from our hotel. Phil answered his phone on holiday Monday & told us he would move some appointments around to get us in early Tuesday morning. We feared the worst but, after a test drive & quick diagnosis & repair,, we were set to continue on our road trip. Phil is a great guy, amazing customer service, knows his stuff! And he’s clearly a great member of his community. Thanks isn’t enough!! Phil is the hero of our holidays!
