Our experience with the dealership was outstanding! I would give 10 stars on a 5 star scale.
Our truck broke down on a Sunday as we were traveling west on highway 16. We were towed back to Westline on Sunday night. Westline was able to get us in Monday morning, diagnose the issue, and had us rolling by mid-afternoon the same day.
Everybody was very friendly and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and get us going.
Best customer service I have received at any dealership bar none! Not only are the staff friendly and accommodating, they are also extremely knowledgeable. I give them 10 stars out of 5!
