Zuke Cleaning turned out to be the best possible choice to get my balcony and windows cleaned. Cory is very personable, very skilled and very organized. He has high standards - used clean drop cloths on the carpet inside the sliding window for his boxes and equipment and was careful using it. It just got better.
My strata has a bylaw about letting water and dirt mess up the balcony of the people below. The system Cory uses means nothing goes over the balcony.

I had a great experience with Cory and Chris today with my balcony cleaning. It was looking quite rough and it’s amazing that they used so little water with their cleaning techniques, and the balcony floor and all the algae on my glass railings were brought back to brand new without water going over the edge.
