Excellent driving school. Can't recommend this location enough. Was surprised when I saw the lower ratings on google, but see most of them are from years ago and it's a pity there is no expiry date. My daughter recently passed her test and learned to drive with Paul. He was simply great, did really well helping her with her confidence, and was super flexible with timing....when we couldn't get booked in for lessons when we wished, he would sometimes add extra openings specifically for her, as she needed the practice. Very good experience! My instructor helped ease my anxiety. I learned so much and am so happy I chose Young Drivers. If you're looking for top quality and safe driving for life - definitely go with Young Drivers of Canada.
The zoom classroom work was good. and the online course was good. Videos showed from the drivers point of view was very helpful. Dealing with the administration has been less than good. They lost my registration, computers down....? Took a fair bit of time sorting out login passwords etc because of the office confusion. The administration is not helpful, they have asked me to resend paperwork I completed a couple of months ago. Then, I could not open the paperwork attachments on my email. Then I was told it was all scanned-???? I have no idea what this person is doing. Nice person but-Very disorganized. Hard to contact by phone. Emails take a couple of days to be returned....read full review
