Had an amazing time here. All the staff are very kind and attentive. Everything indoors was very clean and well maintained. My only complaints are that the outdoor lounge area has a lot of seagulls and bird poop. If you bring food out there the seagulls will stare you down and it’s actually a bit scary. Other than that, the website made it sound like if you self-park it will be free, but when I got there they charged $20 for self-parking, which is the same as what they charge for valet. If I had known it would be the same price I probably would have just done valet.

Nice atmosphere and great staff/service but enormously overpriced for their treatments. Based on the description of my treatment I thought I would be getting more than just a brush being drawn over my body and some oil rubbed in after with a very light massage. Recommend going elsewhere like Art of Sauna for much better bang for your buck.

I have had multiple massages here and I have to say Taylor is one of the best I have ever come across. Incredible. However, the new 18% mandatory tip is ridiculous and I haven't been back since that policy came into place. Tipping $60 on a $300 massage is pretty insane. They need to pay their employees more. 18% should be the highest tip one would give on the most perfect massage - not the standard.
