Today was my first appointment with Heather (Sunghee Jee) at Westside Physiotherapy. A positive experience. She was detail oriented, took time to explain what she was looking at, laid out clearly the plan and the reasons behind her suggestions in a way that was easy to follow. Style is relaxed but thorough, and feedback balanced and thoughtful.
Sabina definitely took the time to get to know my issues asking me all the important questions while keeping us on track to be able to get to some hand physiotherapy. She was very intentional and able to address all my problems even diagnosing me in our first session coming up with a treatment plan that I agreed to. I highly recommend using Sabina if you have any issues she might address.
My experience was really good. Ryan created a comfortable and restorative jewel-like splint for my dislocated finger, completing it in just minutes using a cast. I’m extremely satisfied with the result
