Impersonal, rushed. Fancy decor doesn't make up for sore fingers after a manicure. Becky said 5 words: "Hello"(then immediately turned her back and pointed to a chair) and 3 different times - does she have short-term memory loss - "Like?" (pointing to my pink nails) and finally ended with "Finished." When using the orange sander vigorously on my nails she sanded some of the surrounding skin off too, plus a small knick, causing stinging three days later whenever I wash my hands, the only time I have had any soreness following a manicure. When you get gel nails or nail services at Vivid you can tell the quality and difference because of the longevity you get in your nail service.Every time I get a shellac manicure I always notice it lasts a long time without cracks and peels. My nails stay clean and fresh and the gel colour stays vibrant. I usually get solid gel colours but the last visit I got a French gel manicure and it’s lasted so long.Thank you to the ladies at vivid you guys are amazing!!

This IS my favourite place! I have been going for years! They are clean, always have a movie playing. It’s the time away to enjoy YOUR time, while pampering yourself. They team is amazing and really quality work each & every time??.
