Rob arrived on time, fully equipped, and ready to tackle a range of tasks—everything from fixing a leaky faucet and replacing light fixtures to assembling a complicated set of shelves. I asked for a quote on a repair, and this gem of a man sent me a YouTube video on how to fix what I needed to fix with zero effort, and give his quote underneath should I want it anyway. Everyone else sent me quotes - and expensive ones! That's integrity.
