I’m a bit torn on Value Village. On the positive side, the store was clean, there was a good selection, and I did find a vest and a hat that I really liked. There were definitely lots of options to browse.
That said, I find Value Village quite overpriced for a thrift store. A lot of the prices felt surprisingly high, especially considering these are donated items. I personally think the prices take away from some of the fun of thrifting.
I don’t remember seeing change rooms, although I could be mistaken, so I’d recommend wearing something fitted that you can easily try things on over if you’re unsure.

Huge shoutout to warehouse manager Javier! My skis and boots were donated here by mistake. The general manager was rigid about being unable to assist, but Javier stepped up, tracked down his team members one by one, and managed to find them for me. No senior discount on Saturday so was less crowded today. However, the parking was still full and had a long line of cars waiting for a space. We parked on the street and walked from two blocks away.
