I came to them after finding out the people I previously used for my taxes did not file them and didn't tell me until a couple months overdue. Urban Income Tax and Tatiana helped me with speed, diligence, patience and dedication, all while explaining unfamiliar terms and processes to me. They got my taxes filed before penalties were served and managed to get me a tax return as well. I'm grateful to them and will likely use them again in the future.

I had a consultation with Tatyana Busygina, a Russian-speaking tax specialist in Canada at the Urban Income Tax clinic. An excellent specialist, a professional in his field! She not only helped me submit my annual return, but also provided consultation on all the issues that interested me. Personally, I was very pleased. Highly recommend. And it’s also very convenient that the clinic’s office is located in the very center of Vancouver and next to the metro station.
