Bought a Milwaukee Tool with M18 batteries. one battery was not charging (red/green flashing) went back to the store the next day to return one of the batteries. spoke with the sales guy infront and he took the battery to show the boss. they didn’t have same battery instead they gave me an upgrade for free. Obviously they care for their customers. I highly recommend this place!

Consider getting original equipment.. I wasted so much time going to other sources. Universal had the exact AND correct part locally. The service clerk knew exactly what was needed, et voila, the part fitted precisely. I will use these guys from now on. Pseudo imitation parts are an utter waste of time! Thanks guys???

Shahideh was great to work with! She helped us find options for our bathroom and kitchen that worked for our budget and the look we wanted. Always very responsive via email and even filed a complaint to a manufacturer on our behalf as soon as the package arrived ripped and damaged. Will definitely work with her again and refer her to friends and family if someone is looking for fixtures!
