Very easy group to work with! i had both roller shades, and Curtains installed, all electric. happy with the price and the service, once install began, it was very quick in and out. a few blinds had to get re-sized to fit perfectly with the windows and it only took an extra week to all get done!

Top notch service, excellent quality. I wanted to upgrade to custom motorized shades, with blackout fabric because I'm south-facing. Got three quotes and Universal blinds was half the price of the others. Russell Blunderfield came to my home, and the materials were just as good, if not better than the others I saw. He showed me photos, and gave me good direction on colour choice. Blinds had to be white on the exterior due to condo rules. Deposit was required: I was hesitant because there is a 4 weeks wait since they are custom-made, but he put me at ease. Installer was terrific. I can highly recommend Universal Blinds. Our house is old = we have some unusual windows. Russ knew the solution to each problem right away. The blinds were ordered and arrived about the time he said they would. The installation happened with only one glitch relating to our peculiar windows, and it was addressed on the spot... The installer - Alex - likes poodles/liked our poodle... The blinds look great. Throughout the process, Russ was responsive and straightforward to deal with. Not only would I use Universal Blinds again, I'd recommend them to anybody.
