The Phantom Team of which Patrick was part of, were amazingly patient and persistent when we had neglected to put out our bins with the lights in on the scheduled day for installation. Then when they come back, another problem with only 2 of the 3 bins out. He called me and again, patiently waited for us to find the other bin. Many thanks for the exceptional service, Phantom team!
