I had phenomenal service from Paul. I had a damaged motherboard that he attempted to repair. When it was deemed irrepairable he helped me source a replacement for cheap and installed it all for me while I was on a trip. He gave me consistent updates on progress and always made me feel like I knew what was happening. He even came to my apartment and helped me troubleshoot for 2 hours when I discovered a secondary issue after the repair.
