Soooo happy with Luca and his services. I needed a hot water tank and Luca was extremely helpful, professional and so kind. Heather was also so kind and helpful. Trifecta staff (Heather) responded immediately, was reassuring and very clear about process, response window and billing, Heather was also quick to mobilize a plumbing professional and sent contact info and a tracking link for Luca the plumbing professional. Luca was prompt, friendly, presented clear options and completed the work efficiently and cleaned up after himself. Work is guaranteed if I need a call back. It was a good ending to my drainage nightmare.
Zac came out at 1130 and was super professional, easygoing and kind. Made friends with my dog and gave me some reasonable options despite it being an emergency call. Managed to get the job in under an hour and was a complete gentleman.
