I called him for something simple — a keyboard issue — I was actually kind of nervous about it beause I know it's not a high ticket item, so wondered if i could get any local help at all with something so trivial - definitely not a money maker for a repair shop - And I needed an immediate solution. Tom is amazing! I called him when I was in a pinch needing help getting my printer to work. Even though he was swamped he took the time to get me going temporarily, then when I told him I was on disability and couldn't afford the house visit needed for a permanent fix he waived the payment for the time he'd already spent. Wow! When I'm able to I will definitely hire him. People like this are worth their weight in gold!

Highly recommend Tom. I called with an issue that could be solved at home, and he spent 10 minutes talking me through it, rather than fixing it himself and charging. Easy to work with and knows his stuff.
