My laptop started up with a hard drive not detected error in the middle of midterms season. Tom came in clutch and had my laptop fixed and back to me in less than a day! He also went through what was wrong with it with me so I could understand what he was fixing. I really appreciated knowing what was going on while it was being fixed.
