I have been going to Therapy Health for about 4 years now and my experience the entire time has always been positive. Shelby is an amazing RMT and has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm always comfortable and that all my aches and knots are taken care of. I'm currently seeing her for prenatal RMT, something that I was nervous about from the start as there is so much conflicting information on the internet. She answered any and all questions I had and made sure I felt safe through all the changes and adjustments that were needed as my pregnancy progressed. Highly recommend Shelby!
Great little studio with excellent RMTs and Osteo. I have been going to see Tara Zamalynski regularly for post concussion and post whiplash and highly recommend her. I also see Kristin for osteopathy. This studio has so much warmth and character and is in a great part of town. Parking is somewhat limited to the side streets, but it's a nice area to walk or bike to and from to continue to decompress. Can't recommend them enough :)
