About The Salvation Army Thrift Store
The Salvation Army Thrift Store offers a wide range of pre-loved secondhand goods, including clothing, accessories, housewares, and more, at affordable prices. The store has a large floor dedicated to clothing, which is well-organized and clean. The staff are helpful and kind, providing a pleasant shopping experience. Shoppers can find great deals on gently used clothing, shoes, and household items, like an insulated Northface jacket for $25. While some items, such as board games and puzzles, may be limited and some clothing might have imperfections, the store is known for its friendly staff who encourage thrift hunting. Prices are reasonable, although some may be higher than expected. The store has faced challenges, such as dealing with theft, but the staff work together to maintain safety. Despite some areas for improvement, like needing more mirrors and better pricing checks, The Salvation Army Thrift Store remains a great location for finding affordable and quality items, while supporting local community programs and environmental sustainability.
Finally, found a place ( last minute ) due to the morning heavy rain and cancellations from another Thrift Store Organization stating their pick up appts scheduled for today ( called ) to cancel to due vehicle broken down ( last night ) and no other extra vehicle can pick up the 9 bags of donations for them. Excellent prices, plenty of really good deals, the place was very organized and clean. The staff went out of there way to assist me, very helpful and kind. This is the best Sally Ann I've ever been to. If I could rate 47 stars , I definitely would. Highly recommend. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 's all day
There's defo some good items and good prices, but they get a low grade because there's no dressing room. I wanted tot try on about 6 things, but since I couldn't I walked out with just one.
ON top of that, as I was at the counter, one of the older women working the counter was accusing someone of removing a price tag and then dissing him when he stepped away to make a phone call. Seriously un-Christian-like behaviour.
Disappointing and not worth the trip.
