this is the best vacuum store the staff are always wonderful and helpful and knowledgeable I have always had the best experience when ever I have gone there I am so glad they are here
What a great store with very helpful staff. Very nice guys, they have repaired a vacuum for me and I also bought a central vacuum cleaner and all accessories here. They gave me very good advice, did not try to upsell me or anything like that, and were very clear in their installation instructions. Highly recommended.
I brought in an 8yr old Miele convinced the motor had burned out. Angel spent a few minutes working on it, explained the issue and how to prevent it from happening again and sent me on my way with no charge!
We had not set the filter properly and it was easy to understand once he showed me how to do it. I greatly appreciate them taking the time to educate me and their honesty about the problem
