Took a bag in to have the strap taken in by 5 inches. They unfortunately attached the strap on back to front. However, after complaining about of this my husband took the bag back and they rectified the situation for free for pick up the next day.
I visited a few other dry cleaners beforehand, but they were unable to handle my garment due to the beading. Sperle’s Fine Dry Cleaning took it on without issue and did an exceptional job—the piece was returned in perfect condition. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stand out. Highly recommend—definitely a must-visit for quality garment care.
I’ve only been able to use this service sparingly lately as everything seems so expensive.
However, I was recently impressed when they called me at home to reconfirm a difficult alteration. I really appreciated the effort instead of just going ahead and bungling the job.
Keep up the great work Sperles!
