Don't come here. Dr. C. Au gaslighted me was very rushed, talks fast. Gives me anxiety. Instead, Go to Urgent Care Clinic or the hospital. That's what I had to do and the UCC MD just rolled her eyes. SVMC clinic lacks basic essential equipment for their physicians to use such as ear wax removal and more. They turn away existing patients who have a physician and don't care that the average wait time to see your family GP is about a month or more. If you feel wronged, I suggest filing a complaint with the College.

Dr. Song is the most professional, kind, and responsible doctor I’ve ever seen. I can feel how much he loves his career and wants to help more of us. Every time, he would explain my issue until the point that I fully understand it. Hope that more people gets to know this wonderful doctor!

The communication at this clinic is really bad. I have been told multiple contradictory things by different receptionists and the doctor about when the doctor is available to see me as a walk-in. If you are able to book an appointment weeks in advance then you'll be fine, but don't trust what they say about doctor availability and just assume you will not be seen as a walk-in.
