A great place for laser hair removal and electrolysis! I wanted to write a review a very long time ago, but never got around to it, so here is my story now...Approximately 7 years ago, I was searching for knowledgeable and friendly staff to help rid me of unwanted body hair. I took this very seriously since it involved my skin and was a lot of money for me to spend on something that wasn't a necessity. I searched around and narrowed it down to a handful. I have been online-coupon hopping around Vancouver, so have been to a few spas now. Everything about this experience was fantastic, from the first phone call to the appointment, to the results. When I called, the receptionist seemed busy and rushed (because so many people had called about the deal), but not rude and took the time to answer my questions so nicely. When I got there, the space was nice and I was seen to on time. I won't lie, getting spider veins zapped is painful, more than I thought. Do follow the advice provided about dealing with pain. But the results! I can't believe it. I didn't even know this service existed before--and while the deal was great, I would consider paying full price for the chance to have these nice legs. I had one trouble spot that I have had forever and this will need a 2nd appointment, but that is to be expected. I am so delighted. Really.

Went there for the infrared sauna sessions. I love the privacy of the sauna where the shower and sauna is in the same room. It's a huge plus for me that they provide shower facilities. There were magazines provided and the sauna has radio stations available. This place isn't like a spa so there's no tea or water service brought to you. You bring your own water bottle and fill it up at the front reception. They provide the towels so that was convenient as well. Haven't tried any of their other services. It's a nice, clean place for infrared sauna.
