Went here for 5+ years and this place was so good for so long… Then they recently changed ownership and my favourite technicians left. My first visit without them and my manicure chipped after 2 days. I haven’t returned since. It’s like an entirely different salon now.

I was in town visiting my best friend and had about an hour to waste while they were in an appointment and walked into SoHo Beauty. They were very sweet and welcoming and had me paired with a technician right away. Polly was very sweet. We chatted while I picked out my color. She was so thoughtful and specific as she took care my nails I was so impressed. And then she gave me the most perfect manicure I think I've ever gotten. Each nail is painted flawlessly, not to thick with polish or bumpy in any way. The edges are all perfect and there's no hint of polish on my skin. I get my nails done regularly in Los Angeles where I live but I have never had such a spectacular walk in experience. I plan on visiting Polly every time I come to Vancouver. I wish I knew more people in this city to recommend her to. Thanks for my beautiful manicure Polly!
