I was very impressed with the plumbers, Alex and Jessie. They thoroughly explained the options for retrieving the brush which I dropped down my shower drain. They were friendly and efficient as also was the receptionist, Nicole, who had Alex phone me within minutes of my call.. She also had Alex phone me before leaving to my house and he and Jessie arrived promptly, in fact, they arrived even earlier than the scheduled window time.
