    I had the pleasure of training with RD Fitness from October 2020 until March 2023. This training was both in person and transitioned to online. This experience was much more than just learning what to do in the gym!I am forever grateful to my time spent with Ryan! I learned a lot about myself... How I deal with anxiety and stress, the need to be prepared for life events (celebrations, vacations, when things don't go according to plan etc.).Ryan is a thoughtful, passionate and caring coach!     Ryan changed my life, he helped me with my goals of weight loss and helped me get through my mental blocks. He was always there when I needed a coach to lean on, as well as pushed me in the training to the direction I needed to go.

    My experience was more then I could ask for with ryan. In the 90 days I lost 45 lbs. He thought me how to have structure in my daily routine, eating healthy and proper forms.. Consistency is key. He not only helped me with my excericises, if I needed a minute to vent about something, he was always a very good listener and gave good advice back. I truly am greatfull to have the experience that I had with him and feel that he became more then just my trainer by the end of it all. Thanks for everything ?
