The rain cap was torn off the top of our chimney in a windstorm. As the chimney top is higher than the peak of the roof of our two story house, working at this height safely would require experience and safety gear, not just a very tall ladder. Quick SideKick provided a two-man crew with the required gear and experience, and they were able to quickly and efficiently screw the rain cap back on, replacing the failed rivets. On time, polite, professional, efficient. Quick SideKick's communications and follow-up were excellent, including being able to provide proof of insurance and WorkSafe BC coverage in advance.
