Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company!!! I was a client for a couple years and recently found out they did not file our GST returns despite repeated assurances from Marianna, so the CRA stated we owed over $8000 because they weren't filed at all. When I asked for them to please file our returns and fix this like they promised, she quit and then sent all of our private banking and personal documents to the wrong address! Very unprofessional considering we paid for those returns to be filed and she accepts zero responsibility for her mistake.

I always get prompt, friendly service. they manage to get me really good refunds on my income tax each year. I have already recommended them to lots of people and continue to do so. Especially if you're in the arts!
