Absolutely fantastic experience! They cut both of our dogs’ nails and did an amazing job—gentle, caring, and super friendly throughout. Booking an appointment was easy, and we got follow-up reminders via text, which was great. The staff were very welcoming, making both us and our pups feel comfortable. Would 100% recommend!

It was Loki's first time at Pupper Palace for a Bath and Blowout - long hair. The staff were friendly and had great customer service. Leonora greeted us as we entered and she was very welcoming.
Jasmine was Loki's groomer and she did such an amazing job with Loki! His coat is super fluffy, so soft and he smells amazing. Honestly, he just looks so perfect.
