I had an amazing experience getting my haircut with Lucia. She’s incredibly skilled and pays close attention to the details that make a big difference. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure everything looked clean and sharp. The fade was super smooth, the length on top was perfect, and she made sure the style actually worked for my hair type.

Proper is the best salon I have ever been to! Everyone here is incredibly friendly and are so passionate for what they do. My stylist was Caitanna and her expertise shines with how she cuts/styles. She sat with me before to discuss what I was looking for and gave lots of suggestions/tips throughout the cut. She also is such a joy to chat with....loves getting to know you and sharing stories. I absolutely adore my hair and haven't ever been more happy with how it's cut. Feeling beautiful! I will definitely be a returning customer of hers. (Thank you, Caitanna!)

Caitanna is such a gifted hairstylist. It was my first time going for a short haircut, and she took the time to listen carefully to my preferences while also offering suggestions and recommendations on what would suit me best. She treated my hair with great care, and the result left me feeling so confident and beautiful. It was so fun to learn about her travel experiences and goals/aspirations as she was cutting my hair. She also gave me recommendations of products to use. I’ll definitely be visiting her again. Thank you Caitanna! The Hair Lounge has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and everyone there was professional and friendly. Highly recommend—10/10!
