i love phoebe and jennifer and the other ladies are all so sweet so i am still giving 5 stars because the owner is great and i’ve been coming here for 5 years.
but i had one experience with Judy here and i cant believe how rude and unprofessional she was. she also told me it was my fault my nails kept breaking (3 broke in 1 week, clearly not my fault they were not done well) and when i told her she put my nail on crooked she said it was my fault for not paying attention and was SO rude about the fact she made my nail crooked. actually shocked at how she spoke to me.
so ask for jennifer or phoebe, judy will yell at you if she does her own job wrong lmao
