    Sam and Matt were super helpful. I bought a couple fish & one of them died by the next morning. I had thrown out the fish and forgotten that I need to take it in for a refund to get a replacement fish.

    I called Sam and she said that she would take my word for it that the fish died so I came in and they replaced the fish. It was easy thank you so much you guys!

    We are new to the Vancouver area… we were used to the grooming services at the Port Coquitlam and they were nice… but WOW, this location went beyond expectations! Our dog came home soft, smelling amazing, and very happy! Our groomer was obviously very passionate about dogs and it made me feel calmer about leaving my dog with social anxiety. They did an excellent job!

    The staff at this PetSmart are always friendly and helpful.
    I wonder if it’s thanks to great management training? I’ve received emails from the manager a few times, and they were always very courteous and professional.

    However, there was one time when I placed an online order and came to pick it up. I couldn’t find parking on the street, so I parked in the underground lot—which is the official parking area. But I was met with a disapproving look and told to park above ground. It's a busy street, and there were no spots when I arrived.
