Brought a water damaged computer in after having been sent away by another shop. Greg immediately had Larry take the back off and pulled the battery to prevent further damage. Larry got the computer up and running by the end of the next day. I got great customer service, attentive work, and the repair cost was very reasonable. Thank you so much!

I had just flown in for a business trip when I discovered my water bottle had spilled in my backpack and drenched my laptop, rendering it unable to turn on. Having to meet clients that afternoon, I was almost resigned to buying a new laptop, but I’m glad I stopped here first. Within just a couple of hours and for a reasonable fee, they were able to resurrect it back from the dead. I’m very grateful and will absolutely be coming back here with any future needs in Vancouver.

Larry has fixed 3 unrelated laptop issues for me over the past couple of years. Each time I come by, the communication has been great, the pricing has been fair, and the laptop has survived. I would definitely recommend if you're having any computer problems!
