Yesterday, February 15th, my friend and I were invited to a Yelp Dance Workshop at Passion and Performance, and it was such a fun experience!
We were greeted by Anushka, the Elite Coordinator, Anita (the assistant), and the main receptionist at the studio. They were all super welcoming, helpful, and friendly from the moment we walked in. There was a Yelp table filled with cute red bags and hair scrunchies, plus a snack table where Anita offered us free coconut water, chicken & veggie seaweed wraps, and fruit bars—such a thoughtful touch!

I've been in the Vancouver burlesque and dance community for about 15 years and only began my journey with Passion and Performance about a year ago but I feel like I finally found myself as a dancer at this studio. It's not just a dance studio, it's an experience that's welcoming to folks from all walks of life, from the adult who is just taking dance class for the first time ever, to the star who is in charge of running it all, you have a home at P&P!
A very lovely and inclusive dance studio in Vancouver! Located centrally in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood, P&P offers a ton of adults only dance classes. Some are performing and non-performing. Bonus fun fact - I teach a heels skills class there once a week! Message me if you ever have questions :)
