Mike came to my apartment today to inspect and fix our air conditioning unit. He was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, quickly identifying the issue and providing a solution. He even went above and beyond by realigning the drip tray to prevent future problems. I’m very happy with his service and can see why our building has contracted this company for ongoing maintenance.
