Thank you to James and the team for the service. Brought in my Mazda3 for a simple wheel alignment service (plus tire rotation) and it came out great. I had no concerns and instantly felt a difference in drive quality. It was very refreshing. I can’t pass on a good review especially when a simple service was done better than my dealership and 1-2 shops Ive gone before. The service was done professionally and in timely manner while pricing is very much reasonable.

James and his technicians are the best in the business. Him and his team recently performed the alignment on my SUV and even went out of their way to rectify an issue caused by the tire shop and rebalanced the wheels at no charge. I'd recommend them 1000% and they have my business for life.

I first came to Pacific Alignment & Frame last year after another shop told me that doing an alignment on my vehicle wasn’t possible. I knew that didn’t sound right, so I did some research and came across this place, which had excellent reviews. I decided to give them a call—and I’m so glad I did.
