I was looking to update my lenses from an old pair of glasses. Polly was responsive, answered all of my questions in a professional and friendly manner, and provided a lot of helpful information and advice. This location has a lab right on-site, which meant that I was able to get my glasses back on the same day. Costs were reasonable, as well. I am so pleased with the customer service I received! Would absolutely recommend.
The lady owner is great. I had the glasses made there but I feel the prescription is too high. It makes my eyesight go bad quickly so I revert to my old glasses. Her service was good and pleasant. Just unfortunately I needed lighter prescription.
The folks at Opticana were very receptive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had a variety of options for smaller faces, which is something I've had trouble with while shopping for glasses. I came in a couple of times for adjustments to the pair I bought, and they even removed some extra bits at the temple tips for comfort. Would recommend!
