Excellent service! Had my MS Surface tablet 3 got malfunction from being placed in a luggage that got wet during my recent travel, initially the tablet was working but couldn't charged, had to wait till I got back to Vancouver to access any further damage. Did an initial website search found 2 computer repair shops, Tech Spot kept me on hold for over 15 minutes, hung up & phoned Optic PC. Told Sam my problem & he fixed it in 2 days, saying it was the motherboard & charger that wasn't working.
