I deliver frozen dinners to seniors for a company called Heart to Home Meals. The other day as I stopped at a location the driver's side front tire blew out. I still had dinners to deliver and although I was driving a refrigerated van I was concerned about dinners thawing. I was able to limp the van to OK tires on West 3rd Avenue in Vancouver. I told them my situation, and although they were busy they took the time to look at the van, their technician found a tool kit under the driver seat (I didn't know there was one) and was able to lower the spare tire from under the van. They changed the tire for me and I was on my way within 15 minutes. I cannot express just how helpful, understanding and efficient they were. I, and my boss were extremely thankful and we can only say that their service was above and beyond anything we expected. Thank you very much. All of you that helped get me back on the road showed the absolute highest degree of professionalism. Five stars is not enough, you deserve 10!
Came in with my girlfriend following a tow from BCAA for two blown tires on a 2024 Mazda 3. Shortly before the 12:00 PM service cutoff, Alex helped us to get a same-day booking and gave great recommendations based off of currently available inventory and a close match to OEM.
He agreed to my request to have the new set rotated to the front and the shop turned the car around almost two hours ahead of schedule. Kudos to the OK Tire team.

One of my tires popped and I brought it in for their help. They were able to provide good advice without over-selling me on anything, and were flexible when I needed to leave the car there overnight. Front office staff and the technicians were pleasant to work with. I would recommend, and I'll definitely be back.
