I highly recommend Oakridge Physiotherapy! I worked with Dimitri Naef for the past 4 months after a total knee replacement to improve my ROM, strength, balance and flexibility. It was hard work and often very intense but Dimitri was encouraging and always found ways to make my twice weekly sessions challenging yet fun.The facilities are bright and clean, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating and parking was easy. Please ask for Dimitri if you are looking for a good physiotherapist who is personable, professional and knowledgeable!

Been doing sessions with Dimitri there for a couple of months after working together at another physio office - highly recommend seeing him for treating any injuries �

Had a really good massage with Taj (Sartaj). He consistently checked in with me was very calm. Would highly reccomend him to anyone looking for a sports/deep tissue massage. Clinic is also nice with very friendly receptionists!
