I contacted Roman from Neighborhood Painters to get a second estimate on minor drywall repair and painting of a 3 bedroom, 2 level townhouse. He did a walkthrough and gave an estimate that was significantly less expensive than the first quote I got. Roman was very accommodating to my special requests and very easy to deal with.
