I had Chiropractic Appointments with Doctor Ailaina at Myodetox Oak. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming - allowing me to park my scooter inside and offering me water during each visit.
Doctor Ailaina is a professional young Chiropractor who is clearly enthusiastic about her job. It is always a pleasure having sessions with her as she prescribes exercises after doing the necessary adjustments. She demonstrates the exercises in the gym and watches you do them to make sure that you are doing them with the correct form. She also emails the exercises with a video and includes sets and reps which is super helpful so that one can focus during the session....read full review
