I recently had my third delivery from My Garden Bag. Unfortunately, the most recent time the drop off instructions were not followed and the bag left in the wrong spot. I called their line same day to try to catch the truck while they were in my neighbourhood, but the phones are not answered. There are also two different companies serviced by the same line. I admit I was frustrated.
The next day I received an automated email for feedback and I commented that the bag was left in the wrong spot. I received a reply later that day saying they were investigating and a call the next day (Saturday) saying them were coming to fix it. They were at my house and... read full review

Reasonable price (per yard) and decent delivery fee. TJ is super friendly and patient. Excellent customer service. As a small customer, just looking for some soil for home gardening I felt very comfortable going here.
