I had my first few appointments there and they were great . My last two appointments the technician was not friendly , and one nail is chipped after a week on acrylic nails . The visit before that I paid for a fill and a manicure and the manicure was awful . It lasted about 10 minutes . No lotion , bad shaping of nails, left too much length and no massage included . I find the first few times at any new place is great then once they know you the service bottoms out . My first 4 visits were excellent . not enough massage given while doing pedi and was rushed hence rate the service as”okay” . They accept walk ins which is fine but don’t match it with their appointment book leading to the rush and poor service.

Been going to this place for 10 years for shellac manicures / pedicures and love it, but don’t think I’ve ever left a review for some reason! Love the ladies here, they’re so sweet and hardworking and always makes me feel so welcome. Got the “cat eye / velvet nail” polish yesterday and Hannie did such a great job!! Ive also had great experiences with Hanna, Tia, Kim, Tina, and the other ladies. Vivian the manager is super friendly and accommodating—If ever there’s an issue, they always go above and beyond making it right.
