We had a lead in the main supply pipe from the city to our house. We reached out to Mr. Rooter, they dispatched Harnjeet on the next day. Harnjeet was professional respectful and a detail assessment of the problem. The next day, we had Harjot the feild supervisor who made a more detailed investigation to assess the source of the leak trying to minimize the unnecessary digging. Excellent work by Mr. Tien, the plumber who did the work for us. Clean and was able to remove the garburator, replaced a new sink faucet, a new sink drain and re-line a new drain pipes.
Mr. Router did a fantastic job when we had a sewer back up in our basement.They did everything from unclogging the blockage emergently to digging up a pipe and replacing a broken pipe in my front lawn in a timely manner.
