Was in a rush going back to whistler & I called to confirm Mr.Lube could service my SUV. They confirmed it on the spot and within 30 Minutes , I had them checking the issues & didn't charge me for a scan check & advice .. nice to see humanity / the mechanic world helping even without an expense Bill.
If there was 10 stars I would have rated 10stars of excellent customer service. Baily the amazing manager he accommodates with patience and kindness. Very generous with his frequent customer service rates. Honest and reliable. I was bringing my car every 2-3 months for oil change and every time they amaze me with their outstanding service. They changed also my Audi SQ5 brake pads and rotors professionally several times. Way to go MR. LUBE and thank you a million Mr. Baily for all your great efforts.
