the first time i came to the studio i had a hard time entering the building and i chose not to come for my appointment that day. the owners reached out to me, rescheduled and covered my appointment and were very kind and generous with me. i'm so happy i came back and got to have a great massage. sophie is a skilled prenatal RMT!

Sophie was professional and gave a great therapeutic RMT massage targeting the right pressure points and areas with great technique. Much appreciated as was super tense and stressed from work.

The word AMAZING is not enough!!! , Best massage therapy I have ever had . This is my second session with James Gough and was really professional and knew what to do to relieve my shoulder pain . He applied different pressure and massage directions and techniques and also taught me different exercises to stretch my muscles . Definitely not my last time and I’ll be coming again and again !
