This was, by far, the best experience I've had. Mount Pleasant Optometry is a facility that has such a beautiful, modern feel with such a friendly, welcoming staff. From start to finish, I felt all my questions were answered and had such a thorough exam and even had a seemless transition to the optical staff. The selection is extensive and was happily able to find multiple options for glasses as well as being able to provide the latest and greatest technology. Heidi and Aasa were exceptionally helpful - taking care of our needs and going above and beyond with helping me for my issues. I highly recommend this clinic especially to patients of Pacific Laser Eye Centre for their pre and post op visits!I had my first exam at their previous location, and the second at their new location. It is now more spacious and beautiful.The staff has been so wonderful with all my communication, I am extremely busy with work and could only communicate through email before I came for my first appointment. But everything was handled perfectly for me, with no hassles.My visits are part of my SLP surgery with Pacific Laser Eye Centre. I've been coming to see Dr Jessica Chan for over 10 years. She is an amazing doctor, personable, kind, professional, detailed, and patiently explains the results and options for my eye health. My elderly mom also comes to this clinic and sees Dr Kelvin So who is very patient and kind with her. They also have a team of very experienced opticians. I just got my first pair of progressive lenses and was very nervous about how I would adjust. Special mention to Azar she made the experience in choosing the frames fun and less stressful. I highly recommend!
