Upon review of the work completed and the invoice issued Mott only charged $105 per hour for the less experienced people who did this basic work. Mott purchased the lamps using their discount to get the building a lower price & they did not charge for delivery of the lamps.
This is the kind of service that makes everyone feel good inside. Mott will continue to get all business from every building I manage and I thank them for being such an honest and great company to work with!

We had some rather scary power surges and outages that began occurring randomly the other night. A call to Mott first thing in the morning and Liam confirmed they would send someone over asap. Shane arrived shortly afterwards and within less than an hour had replaced fuses and faulty wiring. A huge relief to my family after a sleepless night! Incredible service, very personable guys and quality work! I couldnt recommend them more highly!
