I have read the reviews and I've never experienced anything described in the one 1 star reviews on yelp. I only get half sets because they are more than plenty for me. I had a brand new half set for my month long trip in Asia and even with the insane humidity my lashes stuck through the whole month. I have had nothing but a fantastic experience at mink lash in the last few years. My only "complaint" is they're downtown and I live in surrey. I have tried so many lash techs near me, so I don't have to drive, and none have come close. Every where else I have gone I've been ripped off....techs have been rude...and over priced. Mink lash's half set is what most techs pass off for a full set. (Since when do techs COUNT lashes??) I always end up back there getting them to fix my lashes all over again. Even when I was a given a trainee once and it was an uncomfortable experience. Kathy was extremely prompt to my email and accommodated me amazingly. Natsu was my go to girl and is no longer with them(maternity leave) but even so I've always had great experience and a ton of compliments on my lashes. I've finally learned my lesson on "cheating" with other lash techs/salons. Mink lash is final! haha
