I usually dread going to the mechanic because in my experience a lot of them just want you to book an appointment and not really ask any questions. This is probably because a lot of them are just so busy, and to be fair most people don’t know anything about their cars and think mechanics are magicians… anyways, Marcus and another one of his Colleagues who’s name escapes me were able to get my vehicle in last minute and kept me in the loop when ordering parts. The turn around was super quick and the staff were extremely friendly. What a great experience with the team at this location - from the front counter staff (kudos to Marcus!) to the crew in the shop. From the moment we reached out to express our issue, to their online booking system (simple and efficient), their clear communication by email (our preference and top knotch), their very fair and competitive estimate, to getting the work completed EARLIER than promised.
Very, very impressed with their customer service. We will definitely be returning to this location with our vehicles!
